Nanoparticles from the Gas Phase

Synthesis | Structure | Properties | Applications

Venice, September 27 – October 1, 2010

The "SFB 445 and CeNIDE Symposium" will summarize the research of the last decade in the subject area of the Collaborative Research Centre (SFB) 445 "Nanoparticles from the Gasphase" and give an outlook on the future use of nanoparticles as building blocks for novel, improved or tailored applications.

Topics of the symposium will include:
  • Synthesis of Nanoparticles
  • Optical, electronic and magnetic properties
  • Theory: Transport, optical properties, synthesis
  • Applications for energy, sensing and electronics
