Why should you study physics at the university of Duisburg-Essen?
Reason1): The department provides an excellent learning environment. Small classes and personalized tutorials in laboratory work and training as well as tutorials make it easy to learn and master even difficult tasks and problem sets.
Reason 2) In the subject categories “ Equipment”, “Counselling” and Overall Study situation” of the most comprehensive and detailed university ranking in Germany organized by the newspaper Die Zeit and the Centre for Higher Education Development (CHE) the physics department has been ranked among the top seven universities of Germany. (for details see http://www.daad.de/deutschland/studium/hochschulranking/04690.en.html ).
