· Creating an information-service about economic and legal developments in East-Asia

· Implementation of courses, seminars, and conferences for practical persons in industry and trade for (with the aim to prepare) activities in East-Asia

· Organizing symposia, colloquia and workshops discussing economic, political and legal questions in Japan and other countries in the Pacific region
