Scientists of the University of Duisburg-Essen are welcome to apply for a membership in the Main Research Area - Transformation of Contemporary Societies.  A membership is granted with the concent of the Board of Council. Interested scientists are invited to get into touch with the speaker of the Main Research Area, Prof. Achim Goerres or our office.

In the general members meeting the Board of Council is voted and contentual and structural decisions in the Main Research Area are discussed and implemented.
