“Research activities”

Supervising Bachelor and Master Students. Main researches are focused on advanced oxidation processes (AOPs). Among the AOPs widely use in the water treatment nowadays, the use of ozone as an oxidant for the treatment of organic pollutant contaminated waters are running in our group. Project based on the combination with H2O2 and ozone, termed “Peroxone Process” is currently in active. From the lab scale analysis leading to the pilot scale use is on the way. Analyses are mainly based on the use of UV, HPLC-UV, and GC-MS.
