Nationals of an EU member state (and nationals of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) or German nationals with a foreign university entrance qualification are subject to the same conditions as German applicants. Therefore: You can enrol directly for non-restricted courses to the Students' Registrar's Office („Studierendensekretariat"). There are special application dates for courses with admission restrictions (numerus clausus).
