• Please submit your application for admission directly at the international office. Your university entrance qualification and your language skills will be verified there.
• After a formal admission the actual admission will be pronounced by the faculty.
• Finally you will receive the letter of admission from the international office.

• Applicants for doctoral studies have to look for a doctoral advisor on their own initiative and suggest a scientific topic.
• If your suggestion for a topic has been accepted, you can apply with the professor's letter of acceptance at the international office.
• Please submit your application for admission
  (www.uni-due.de/imperia/md/content/international/application_due.pdf) at the international office. You can also apply online (https://applyonline.uni-due.de/).
• You can apply any time (except for graduate schools)
• If you do not wish to write your dissertation in German, you also need a confirmation in writing from the Postgraduate Admissions Board of the respective faculty stating in which language your dissertation will be written.
