Optoelectronic Emitting Devices Based on Nanoparticles

Optoelectronic emitting devices will be developed for the visible range based on GaN and ZnO nanoparticles. The visionary goal is the preparation of printable, large area, light emitting diodes in which the optically active films, the hole and electron injectors as well as the metallic contacts are produced from nanoparticles.
