Theory of Mesoscopic Conductivity of Nanoparticle Aggregates

The classic percolation theory will be transfered to the conductivity of nanopartical aggregates in order to develop an effective medium theory. It will be investigated how size, shape, orientation, particle interconnection as well as thickness of the tunneling barrier and coloumb blockades effect the macroscopic conductivity.
