In the current age of technology, and especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, online learning has become the norm for students to learn and study. Consequently, collaborative E-learning tools have significantly grown and evolved. As a proof of this, CourseMapper (CM), which is a mind map-based collaborative course annotation and analytics platform, fosters collaboration and interaction around pdf/video learning materials, supported by visual learning analytics.

This thesis aims to reimplement the mindmap-based organization of learning resources of the CM platform with a main focus on software migration (from angularJS to Angular).
