River Flow 2016

Vom 12. bis 15. Juli findet die River Flow in St. Louis/USA statt. Das Institut für Wasserbau und Wasserwirtschaft ist gleich zweimal vertreten. Viktoria Berger wird mit dem Vortrag "Analysis of the influence of restoration measures on the morphodynamics of sand-dominated lowland streams" aktuelle Erkenntnisse über die Morphdynamik renaturierter Gewässerabschnitte vorstellen. Ferner wird das Forschungsvorhaben "Possible applications of population models for the development of river continuity-concepts using the example of the Ruhr catchment, Germany" von Daniel Teschlade und Prof. André Niemann vorgestellt.
