Summer School Solvation Science, 17th-20th of May 2016, Ruhr-Universität Bochum
From 17th to 20th of May, 2016 the Summer School Solvation Science takes place at the Ruhr-University Bochum.
The GSS Summer School comprises two parts: three days of plenary lectures and one day of experimental or theoretical hands-on courses. The lectures of the Summer School 2015 will take place Tuesday 17th to Thursday 19th of May. The first two lecture days will focus on the role of the solvent in activity and selectivity of nanostructured electrocatalysts. The third lecture day will cover theoretical aspects of solvation thermodynamics and experimental techniques for studying solvent effects on optical activity.
Interested applicants can apply by sending a short CV and motivation letter to gss@rub.de. If you are offered a place, participation is free of charge.
