Save the date: “Simulating City Systems: Developing a New Science for the Future of Cities”

„Scientist in Residence“ describes a guest professorship at the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE), which was installed with support from Sparkasse Essen and facilitates the scientific exchange between UDE and other universities.

This semester's guest professor, Michael Batty from the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis (CASA) at University College London, will present his work in the framework of the UDE focal research area Urban Systems.

The public lecture “Simulating City Systems: Developing a New Science for the Future of Cities” will take place on 13 January 2015 at 6 pm in the new autiorium centre in room R14 R02 B07 at the camups Essen.
