Essen campus cleared on 8 October
The City of Essen will evacuate the area of the Essen campus tomorrow due to the discovery of a bomb on Segerothstraße. The campus will not be accessible from the morning, presumably from 8:00 a.m., until the security authorities have given clearance for it to be reopened. Events or activities can be moved to the digital space, to Duisburg, or to working from home. Please contact your supervisors or lecturers to find out which options are available. We ask supervisors and lecturers to make their own decisions and communicate as soon as possible whether and how activities and events within their area of responsibility will be carried out or postponed.
