The “Research in Germany” portal is an information platform and contact point for all those looking to find out more about Germany's research landscape.

The portal offers a comprehensive overview of funding opportunities in Germany and provides a brochure (PDF, 5 MB) with a selection of funding programmes for German and international academics run by the most important research funding institutions.

Global Young Faculty

The Global Young Faculty (GYF) brings together around 50 selected early career researchers from universities and non-university research institutions located in the Ruhr area. The members of the network cooperate across university and faculty boundaries in self-selected subject areas and projects.
