The peer mentoring for doctoral researchers at the UDE offers support and motivation on topics related to their research project. The participation of doctoral candidates from different departments promotes interdisciplinary exchange. This is particularly beneficial in questions of organising the research project and developing a career strategy.

Outlook: What’s next?

After two programme lines in 2021 and 2022, we are currently evaluating the experiences and feedback of the mentees.
