The course gives an overview of the fundamental management functions of planning, organization and control, i.e.:

  • Management theory
  • The planning process and its tools
  • Organizational coordination and change
  • Performance measurement and control

The wide-ranging applicability of planning and organization will be demonstrated for enterprises in the public and private sectors and in the arts.

The content of the course will be consolidated in a practical course with case studies and exercises.
