We are pleased to announce the International Workshop "Exploring Culture and Behaviour by Economic and Psychological Experiments". We welcome contributions on all topics in culture-related economic and psychological experimental research. The workshop aims at bringing together advanced scholars and young researchers to present and discuss their work.

The Workshop is jointly organized by ACCER, IN-EAST (Institute of East Asian Studies) and the DFG Research Training Group Risk and East Asia as well as by the IN-EAST School of Advanced Studies at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
We plan for a rather small workshop of up to 25 participants to foster discussion, interaction and networking in addition to presenting own research. We will offer slots for contributed papers and for work in progress in poster sessions. The Workshop will start at 2 p.m. on November 25 and ends around 5 p.m. on November 26.
Workshop attendants will have to pay no participation fee; meals throughout the workshop will be covered due to the financial support of IN-EAST. PhD students may apply for financial support if no other funds are available after their contribution has been accepted (c/o annemarie.tappert@uni-due.de).
If you want to participate in the workshop, please submit
– a paper to be included in the contributed paper sessions or
– an extended abstract for presentation in a poster session including objectives, methods, (expected) results, and conclusions (up to 500 words)
