Dissertation Project
Johanna Gördemann is doctoral candidate in the MERCUR-Project Ethics of Immigration. In the context of her dissertation project she is especially concerned with the moral questions of state exclusion policies and with the mechanisms and methods of international resettlement programs.

Johanna Gördemann is research associate at the chair for Political Philosophy. She studied philosophy, comparative literature and journalism in Essen and Paderborn and finished her studies in 2015 with a thesis on “The Philosophical Debate about the Right to Exclude Immigrants”.
