Workshop for Postdocs of the UA Ruhr
This workshop is designed for postdocs seriously considering an academic career. Participants will conduct a comprehensive self-assessment to evaluate their development potential and strategically plan their next steps. Based on the triadic career counseling model, the workshop considers not only academic achievements but also personal motivations, preferences, and field-specific factors.
