Organizing Creativity under Regulatory Uncertainty: Challenges of Intellectual Property

Creativity and creative industries have been concerning me for many years. I have worked intensively on contextualization of advertising images and verbal creativity of cursing. I am interested in processes which encourage creativity as well as incitations of action lying within the creative creation. The ambiguity between innovation and standardization of creativity has great appeal on me in general, however especially dealing with modern creative tools. Aside, visual social options of expression form another interest of mine, likewise in the context of individual creativity and institutional guidelines.
