Unbenotete Studienleistung (Online-Test) und
benotete Prüfungsleistung (schriftliche Prüfung, 120 min).
Folgende Themen werden behandelt:
Die Studierenden kennen die wichtigsten nichtstationären Vorgänge in elektrischen Energieversorgungsnetzen.
Vorlesungsskript
Grundkenntnisse entsprechend der Lehrveranstaltung „Elektrische Energieversorgungssysteme“.
The lecture provides an overview about typical non-stationary phenomena in power systems. The students will learn about the physical background, modeling and simulation issues as well as methods to mitigate the effect of transients on secure power system operation. In particular the following phenomena will be discussed: - Basics of modeling power systems - Switching transients - Transients following single line to ground faults - In-Rush of transformers - Ferro-Resonances - Sub-Synchronous Resonances - Harmonics (sources, propagation, calculation) - Transient Stability - Small Signal Stability - Frequency Stability - Torsional Oscillations
Study on the most important non-stationary phenomena in power systems.
