(abstract, provided by D. Scaiola: The aim of the article is to present methodological problems involved in the issue of the Book of the Twelve. It presents two books: J. Nogalski - M.A. Sweeney (edd.), Reading and Hearing the Book of the Twekve (SBL.SS 15), Atlanta 2000; P.L. Redditt - A. Schart (edd.), Thematic Threads in the Book of the Twelve (BZAW 325), Berlin-New York 2003 and wants to respond to three questions: a) what kind of coherence can you find in the Book of the Twelve? b) which methodology can be used? c) what type of relationship exists between the Book of the Twelve and other biblical corpora?)

Scaiola, Donatella: Il Libro Dei Dodici Profeti Minori Nellesegesi Contemporanea. Status Quaestionis. Rivista Biblica 48.3 (2000) 319-334.
(abstract, provided by D. Scaiola: The article offers a status quaestionis about the Book of the Minor Prophets, the Twelve. The main theme is the unity of the book and the presentation of the authors who have studied this issue. The authors use different methodologies and reach diverse conclusions. One school of thought maintains that the minor prophets were included in the book at different stages in history, while the other studies the book as we know it today. Signs can be found in the book which indicate that there are links between the different parts of it, but much remain to be done before we can reach a shared solution of this issue.)
