Instrument
This is the first commercial spin-polarized low energy electron microscope (SPLEEM). It has been expanded
with a UHV preparation chamber with basic surface preparation tools (sputtering & annealing, Auger). Current research topics include the magnetic properties of thin films and nanostructures.
