FOCUS GmbH

FOCUS develops and builds scientific instruments for electron spectroscopy and surface analysis since 1990. One of the standard products is the FOCUS IS-PEEM that is established in many labs for nanoanalytics worldwide since about 10 years. This PEEM optics is also an essential part of the NanoESCA©, being developed within a collaboration with OMICRON nanotechnology.
