Get involved! Call for entries // Wanderlust ERASMUS+

Erasmus is turning 30 and the International Office of the University of Duisburg- Essen is celebrating with a creative competition! All students, colleagues, guests and friends were invited to submit an artwork related to the topic Wanderlust ERASMUS+. The deadline was 30th June 2017!

The submissions must be either a picture/collage, a photograph (if a series, then maximum 3 photos) or a video (max. 60 sec) and could deal with the following questions:

• What associations do I have with the ERASMUS+ program?
• What does home mean for me?
• What does it mean to leave your home for a certain period of time?

What are the Prizes?

A jury selected the three best works of art and the winners will be awarded with these prizes:

1st Prize: 500 Euro

2nd Prize: 250 Euro

3rd Prize: 150 Euro

Audience award: 150 Euro

From July 17 to 25, four of all submitted works were posted on the Facebook page of the University of Duisburg-Essen. The work with most “likes” won the audience award. You should have a look into the Facebook album of the nominees of the audience award!
