We wish for a place where lived solidarity comes first and everyone can have a good time. Therefore, we do not tolerate any form of queerphobia, racism, sexism, or any other form of discrimination or harassment at this event. Together, we want to create a space where everyone can feel accepted and respected. By participating in an FSR event, you agree to our Code of Conduct. Any violation of the Code of Conduct will be penalized and may result in exclusion from the event. Any participation fees will not be refunded in this case.

  • We aim to create a space together that is as discrimination-free and non-judgmental as possible, where everyone feels welcome and respected – all participants are responsible for this.
  • Look out for each other: If you feel threatened, harassed, or uncomfortable, contact the organizers or the Awareness Team. If you notice someone else might need help, ask the person directly.
  • Only yes means yes; anything else means no: Act based on the principle of consensus; actions and conversations should only occur with mutual consent. Respect if someone does not want to interact with you.
  • If you want to take and post a photo/video of participants, ask for permission. People who have not consented should be made unrecognizable or cropped out.
  • Please respect the pronouns a person wishes to be addressed with and do not assume someone's gender based on their appearance. Using incorrect pronouns can be hurtful and should be avoided.
  • We all make mistakes. If someone uses discriminatory language or thinking, we try to make them aware through constructive criticism. Be open to constructive criticism towards yourself and listen to others.
  • Remember, not every form of disadvantage is always visible. Consider: What is normal for you may not be for everyone.
  • We do not tolerate any form of intentional discrimination and take reported incidents seriously. We will find a situation-dependent approach involving the affected individuals; if necessary, we reserve the right to exclude someone from the event.
  • Whenever possible, we provide a safe space that can be used in case of incidents. Please approach the Awareness Team for this.
  • We evaluate the effectiveness of our procedures after each event and try to fix any weaknesses. If you have suggestions, feel free to contact us anytime!
