The lecture series: "Gender Aspects in Biomedical Research and Clinical Medicine" at the University Hospital Essen was designed by Prof. Dr. Sigrid Elsenbruch, together with Priv.-Doz. Dr. Andrea Kindler RöhrbornProf. Dr. Anke Hinney and the Essen College of Gender Research.

The goal of the lecture series is to sensitise to the importance of gender differences both in preclinical and clinical research as well as in clinical medicine and general context of the health.

Guest lecture at the Essen University Hospital: Christine M. Freitag Girls with oppositional defiant or conduct disorder: are hormone levels involved?

Prof. Dr. med. Dipl. theol. Christine M. Freitag is the head of the University Hospital for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy for Childhood and Adolescence at the Goethe-University Frankfurt and she will be gibing a guest lecture in the framework of "Thuesday Seminar" of the Faculty of Medicine at the Essen University Hospital.

The lecture is the seventh contribution to the series.
