PhD researcher (CRC 1439 RESIST, Project A20) studying metacommunity dynamics in dendritic river networks under multiple stressors. Develops spatially explicit patch‑occupancy models for diatoms, macroinvertebrates and fish, integrating trait profiles, dispersal and stressor profiles across real and generic catchments. Prior work in wastewater treatment: analysis of long‑term datasets from wastewater treatment plants, greenhouse‑gas emissions monitoring and process modelling/optimisation (nutrient removal, energy efficiency, advanced monitoring/control). She holds an Integrated Master’s (Diploma) and an MSc in Environmental Engineering.
