HIVE SMS HIV in the ART Era · Scientific Meeting Series
A regular online exchange format within HIVE connecting German research groups working on HIV latency, persistence, cure strategies, HERV biology, antiviral immunity, and immune regulation.
Compact talks, open discussion, practical exchange.
HIVE SMS connects participating laboratories through regular, interactive online meetings. The series provides a platform to share data, address open questions, troubleshoot experimental challenges, and identify opportunities for collaboration across related research programs.
Work-in-progress data
Preliminary findings, unfinished datasets, and open mechanistic questions are explicitly welcome.
Discussion-first format
Talks should be compact enough to leave time for questions, feedback, and troubleshooting.
Early-stage researchers
Students, postdocs and staff scientists are encouraged to present, but also PIs can use the format to discuss ongoing work.
Rotating slots
Speaker slots rotate across participating groups.
Upcoming Sessions
Each session is scheduled for 60 minutes and typically includes two short scientific presentations followed by discussion.
