The ICM Technical Conference addresses fundamental issues at the interface between service providers and academic institutions as customers, in particular:

• Further development of services provided by the central service providers ZIM and UB;
• Tailoring services to the requirements of the institutions requesting them; and
• Introduction and operation of services across the entire university.

The ICM Conference does not deal with technical details, but rather with fundamental questions regarding the profiling of services.
