Evolutionary forces and genealogical trees
2018 November 22nd - 23rd at University Duisburg-Essen, Germany
Organized by Martin Hutzenthaler and Anita Winter (University Duisburg-Essen)
This workshop is part of the SPP Priority Programme 1590 Probabilistic structures in evolution, funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft.
The purpose of the workshop is to bring together young and established researchers to discuss stochastic models of evolutionary forces such selection, recombination, fluctuating selection, host-parasite coevolution or competition. Of particular interest is the effect of these forces on typical tree distances.
