  • nearby is the  lending point of the UB where you get EDV-brochure
  • Mo-Thu 10-12 h you find the user administration at the e-Point for all questions around your usercode
  • In Essen you get magnetical cards for the entrance to pc-rooms on Mo-Fr 10-12 Uhr. You have to pay a caution from 15 €. This service is only for students of the university
