Service for Computers und Peripheral Devices
If you have problems with your computer or peripheral devices you get help from the IT-Servicecentre on campus Duisburg and from the Elektronical Workshop on campus Essen. The staff will support you in solving the problem. Furthermore they offer an installation- and repair service.
In auditorium a problem occurs
Service for media devices
If an error occurs to mediatechnical devices in an auditorium or lecture room (e.g. wireless microphone, projector, videodevice, digital presentation wall etc.) please inform the staff of our servicecentre for media devices.
