Paper: Plant Water Content Monitoring Using Miniaturized THz RTD Oscillators and Detectors

This work demonstrates that THz measurements with miniaturized RTD components (Resonant Tunneling Diodes) manufactured in-house can be considered suitable for non-contact and non-invasive continuous measurement of water content distribution in plant leaves. It offers promising applications in precision agriculture and smart farming. This work was presented at the ICMMTS 2025 conference in Dubai.
