Paper: Analysis of subharmonic phase control in cavity-coupled resonant tunneling diode oscillators

The publication describes a customized computational method for coupled terahertz circuits based on resonant tunnel diodes.

Through this method, we were able to better understand and accurately model the experimental behavior of the terahertz emitters produced at the ZHO.

This understanding forms the basis for utilizing complex dynamic effects for new electronic sensor applications.
