Paper: A 0.55-THz Self-Injection-Locked Resonant Tunneling Diode Radar for Micrometer Ranging
Building on the theoretical results of the previous publication, a new radar concept was experimentally demonstrated.
As the first group worldwide, we utilized the concept of Self-injection-locking to produce terahertz frequency radar sensors with micron-level accuracy.
In comparison to classical radar methods, it offers significantly higher data rates, making it suitable for the localization of fast-moving objects.
