Kathrin Thedieck joins the CRC1430

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Kathrin Thedieck has joined the CRC1430 as an associated principal investigator. The work in her lab for Metabolic Signaling (www.metabolic-signaling.eu) focuses on the control of metabolic homeostasis through kinase signaling networks converging on the metabolic master regulator mTOR (mammalian / mechanistic target of rapamycin) in health and disease. Kathrin's lab adopts biochemistry, cell biology, proteomics, metabolomics and systems modelling approaches.
