On November 25, 2019, Prof. Dr. Eva Wilden in collaboration with Dr. Luisa Alfes, Joel Guttke, and Natalie Hofstra contributed a poster presentation at the Netzwerktag Digitalisierung at the University of Duisburg-Essen. They introduced an innovative means of holding a lecture. Their solution includes a flipped classroom design in which students actively take part in lectures through the use of digital tools such as Kahoot. In addition, the corresponding Moodle course allows students to engage in self-directed learning by including educational videos, digital quizzes, and many other possibilities for students to learn at their own pace.
