Prof. Dr. Eva Wilden & Joel Guttke: 12th annual GEBF conference

This year’s conference of the Association of Empirical Research in Education (Gesellschaft für Empirische Bildungsforschung) took place in Mannheim. More than 1,000 researchers found themselves wandering around one of the largest historic residences in Europe – a truly spectacular setting to learn about the most recent findings on research in education. In addition to three inspiring keynotes and countless insightful paper sessions, the conference offered many opportunities to cement existing collaborations and discuss new research initiatives.
