mentoring³: Apply by 29 August for the next programme line for female postdoctoral researchers!

Female postdoctoral researchers from all subject groups at the University Alliance Ruhr (except for the Faculty of Medicine) can now apply for the next programme line in the mentoring³ programme. The two-year career development programme for female academics will begin at the end of October 2025.

At the centre of mentoring³ is the personal and trusting exchange between mentee and mentor. In addition to advice on career planning and a broader understanding of the academic world, mentoring, which is flanked by a varied event process, offers considerable added value in terms of solidarity and networking among female academics as well as an honest and open exchange on (subject-related) career issues in corresponding peer groups.
