Survey on Career Paths in Academia

Help the University Alliance Ruhr identify factors that promote and inhibit academic careers so that the conditions for equal opportunities can be improved!

The online survey is aimed at doctoral researchers and academic staff up to professorship level. Doctoral researchers at Ruhr University Bochum, Dortmund Technical University and the University of Duisburg-Essen can participate regardless of their current employment situation – even if they are employed at another university or in industry.

You will be asked, among other things, about your prospects for further professional development, your current working environment, existing support services, information about your career path to date, and relevant characteristics of your own career. Participation is possible until 19 November.
