Dialogue 2026: Invitation to a complimentary business lunch for doctoral researchers

At the UA Ruhr Research Academy Dialogue, we discuss career-related topics and trends over lunch, this year with Dr Anja Voss. Her career path took her from the humanities at Ruhr University to the automotive industry: today, she is Manager of Retail Excellence at Porsche AG.

The industry is changing rapidly due to digitalisation, global networking and changing customer expectations. These developments are leading to new job profiles and requirements for employees. At the same time, exciting opportunities are opening up for doctoral students. Our guest works in human resources development and would like to discuss with you which strategies can be helpful in shaping your own career in industry.
