UA Ruhr Proposal Writing Grants for International Postdocs

Spread the word - calling international postdocs from all disciplines: This is your chance to spend three months at a UA Ruhr university to prepare a joint third-party funding application. The UA Ruhr Research Academy is offering a monthly scholarship of €1,500 for research stays (three consecutive months) in 2026. Co-financing from other sources is possible. You are eligible for funding if you completed your doctorate no more than three years ago. Prepare your application now and reach out to a potential host. This could be a professor, junior professor, or junior research group leader from Ruhr University Bochum, TU Dortmund University, or the University of Duisburg-Essen. Ask them for a letter of invitation with a brief description of your research project. In addition, you will need a work plan. You can find all information and the call for applications here.
