Workshop Programme for Postdocs and Junior Faculty in the Summer Semester 2026 – Register Now!

Registration is open for the UA Ruhr Research Academy’s workshop programme in the summer semester 2026. These online sessions, most of which are half-day events, are designed to support all postdocs and junior faculty at the UA Ruhr in developing their professional profiles and planning their careers both within and outside the university. The programme is free of charge. Due to limited places, we recommend registering early. The current programme for postdocs can be found here.
If you already lead a junior research group, hold a junior professorship, have completed your habilitation or are about to do so, we recommend the Junior Faculty in Focus programme. In addition, every member of the Junior Faculty can take advantage of a one-off individual coaching session on topics such as appointment, strategic career planning, leadership or supervision (duration: 1 hour).
