The report is a state-of-the-art-study of gendertransformative strategies, apporaches and tools of German governmental development organisations, German NGOs, international organisations as well as development banks. It reveals that the new discussion about feminist development cooperation has given gender work a new impetus, however, quite a few organisations shy from the term "feminist" and rather talk about inclusionor empowerment.
