In 2019, GUAT/UniWiND, the German University Association of Advanced Graduate Training, celebrated its 10th anniversary. Just in time for the end of the anniversary year, a DUZ Special has been published, which contains, among other things, articles on the topic of "good supervision of doctorates". Also newly published was Volume 10 of the GUAT publication series entitled "Kompetenzentwicklung von Nachwuchswissenschaftlerinnen und Nachwuchswissenschaftlern" (Competence Development of Early Career Researchers). The publication is a result of the "Competence Profiles" working group with the participation of Valentina Vasilov from Graduate Center Plus.
