Symposium Fee covers admission to the Symposium, conference materials, coffee breaks, conference dinner and excursion.

We kindly ask you to deliver the presentations in English, as English is the official language of the Conference. 

Oral Presentations

Oral Presentation sessions consist of 3-5 papers per session.

Presentations will be made on computers using MICROSOFT WINDOWS and must be compatible with PowerPoint or in PDF format.

If you want to use your own laptop computer please contact us in advance.

Please submit your presentation on a USB stick by the morning of the presentation day at the latest.

Posters should not exceed 120 cm in height and 90 cm in width.
