Melanoma cell state-dependent and therapy-induced adaptive lipid reprogramming
A02 investigates how lipid metabolic reprogramming is linked to melanoma cell state plasticity and how this contributes to early or immediate therapy adaptation under immune checkpoint blockade within the DYNAMO Window. Using models with defined melanoma cell states (differentiated and dedifferentiated), A02 explores how lipid metabolic pathways and key regulators such as SCD1 and FADS shape oncogenic signaling, membrane dynamics, and immune crosstalk, thereby defining lipid-driven routes to therapy resistance.
