A03 investigates how melanoma rapidly rewire their metabolism during the earliest phases of immune and targeted therapies, shaping resistance and metastatic potential. Using complementary preclinical models, stable isotope tracing, metabolomics, and advanced PET imaging, the project aims to uncover metabolically driven escape mechanisms and tumor–immune crosstalk within the “DYNAMO Window.” These insights will support the development of imaging biomarkers and metabolism-guided theranostic strategies for improved patient stratification and treatment response prediction.
